The terms say credit expires 360 days after top-up. If no further top-up is made for 360 days after the last top-up, the account becomes inactive; the number, credit and SIM details can be lost, and the number cannot be reactivated. The official WiFi Calling page says calls and texts can work over WiFi overseas on a compatible, updated device. There is no extra WiFi Calling service charge, but use comes from plan minutes or is charged at standard Prepay rates.
This establishes a supported carrier feature. It does not establish free receipt in every situation, compatibility for every handset, or acceptance and delivery by ChatGPT, Telegram or any other third-party platform.
